You feel as if Monday is hovering over your head despite having rested well during the weekend. If that happens occasionally, you have nothing to worry about. Negative Thoughts are a Daily Thing

"Ugh, I hate my commute." Listen to your mind. Do you complain constantly about your job or parts of it? It's amazing that some of us become so numb to the negative thoughts we forget what positive thoughts sound like. Complaining is a symptom of negative thoughts and a bad routine.
