Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Test Administrators to join our K&G Testing Center team. In this role, you will oversee the exam process, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and fairness for all test takers. This position is ideal for individuals who value professionalism and customer service while working in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in candidates, verifying ID and exam eligibility.
Proctor and monitor exams to ensure compliance with testing policies.
Administer both computer-based and paper-based exams as scheduled.
Safeguard the security and confidentiality of all testing materials.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to test takers.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as necessary.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to follow strict security procedures.
Available for flexible hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends).
