Hiring Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support across Operations, HR, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and general administrative functions for our client’s U.S. business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR systems and policies; manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Support purchasing and inventory tracking; manage POs and shipments.
Assist with compliance, state licensure reporting, and adverse event coordination.
Provide general office support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in HR administration and general office operations preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems quickly.
A 4 year degree is highly preferred but will take relevant experience over degree.
