Customer Connection & Billing Associate FT [K&G Career Academy]

As our student enrollment grows, we’re expanding our outreach team — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on connecting with people and driving results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Your responsibilities will include:
Making 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective students
Engaging leads in professional, friendly conversations about K&G’s training programs.
Qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments with Admissions Advisors.
Following up on leads through phone, text, and email.
Updating CRM systems with accurate notes and follow-up actions.
Meeting and exceeding weekly call and appointment goals.
Collecting payments, sending invoices, following up with student balances.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications:
1 year of previous sales, telemarketing, or call center experience (required)
Comfortable spending most of the day making outbound phone calls
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
WHAT WE OFFER:
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
