Responsibilities

• Preparation of documentation required for patient appointments

• Use of EHR (documenting patient history, vitals, test results, exam findings, and plans as instructed by provider)

• Order entry and submission (ePrescribing, labs and imaging studies, interventional procedures, etc.)

• Assist with in-office injections

• Respond to patient calls and inquiries

• Respond to pharmacy refill inquiries

• Any and all other tasks as directed by providers
