Position Overview
We are seeking part-time Test Administrators to join our Union, NJ team. In this role, you’ll oversee the testing process, support candidates, and maintain a professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking steady evening and weekend work in a structured setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet candidates, verify ID, and confirm exam eligibility.
Proctor and monitor exams, ensuring compliance with testing protocols.
Administer computer-based and paper-based tests.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exam security.
Provide professional assistance and support to test takers.
Report incidents and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual.
Ability to follow strict procedures.
Available to work evenings and weekends (as scheduled above).
