Job Title:
Certified Home Health Aide
Responsibilities:
Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care.
Assist with daily personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal
prep, linen changes, light housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.
Develop and promote a safe environment and provide top-notch quality care.
Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
Ensure client's rights -Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Treat client, family, and staff with courtesy and respect.
Qualifications:
MUST have active NJ CHHA license, driver's license, and reliable transportation. Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience preferred.

The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is a member of our home care team and works under the supervision of a registered nurse performing various companion and personal care services to meet the client's needs. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for care and the core values of honesty and commitment. Work as many or as few hours as you want as we offer full and part-time work, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. New cases being added weekly, so caregiver can work close to home
