Responsibilities
Assisting patients with activities of daily living ;Obtaining and recording vital signs, weights and heights; assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities; performing post mortem care; measuring and recording I & O; performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring; observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the RN; maintaining phlebotomy equipment and inventory and all other duties as assigned
