Our company is looking for a front desk receptionist to support handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Front Desk receptionists will be focused on assisting with incoming phone calls, greeting students, visitors, managing files, and putting together paperwork.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Greeting visitors

• Managing security and telecommunications systems

• Managing files and completing paperwork

• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

• Transferring calls as necessary

• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time

• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail

• Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing

• Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture

• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers

• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
