HOME HEALTH CARE AIDE REQUIREMENTS:
New Jersey Home Health Aide License.
Two verifiable professional references.
Current Medical documents – valid physical examination within the last year, proof of MMR vaccine, and TB test.
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Must exhibit reliability, responsible and caring behavior.
Proficiency in English
