Job Overview: Entry-level Phlebotomist role responsible for performing routine specimen collection and patient service duties across dynamic shift schedules, with complete hands-on paid training provided upon hire.
Qualifications:
No previous phlebotomy experience required (Entry-level candidates welcomed).
Successful completion of the required two-week paid training program upon hire.
Flexibility and availability to work rotating morning and evening shifts Monday through Saturday.
Scheduling Requirements Full-Time (5 days per week) Open availability Monday through Saturday Rotating shifts required:
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Schedules provided two weeks in advance (No availability restrictions accommodated)
Essential Functions:
Complete two weeks of comprehensive paid training.
Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures according to facility standards.
Maintain flexibility to work across both early morning and mid-day/evening rotating schedules as needed by business operations.
Work collaboratively within a team environment for five shifts per week across Monday through Saturday.
