Drive Financial Insight: Evaluate budgets, analyze financials, and deliver cost-saving strategies
Build Exceptional Teams: Screen, interview, and hire top talent—then mentor and develop your team.
Optimize Performance: Develop and monitor KPIs and SOPs to ensure peak practice efficiency.
Amplify Our Voice: Implement and manage social media to grow our community and educate patients.

Proven experience in medical administration
