Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview


Responsible for developing and executing strategic social media initiatives while coordinating content across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving engagement, aligning content with brand objectives, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content strategy and editorial calendar

  • Analyze audience behavior and market trends to inform content planning

  • Monitor emerging trends and platform updates to optimize performance

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activity across all social media channels

  • Track performance metrics and deliver insights-driven reports for each platform

Influencer & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies and content calendars

  • Assist in developing creative briefs for agency and influencer partnerships

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including logistics, content planning, and delivery

  • Collect and manage influencer-generated content, including images, videos, and recipes

  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs and provide detailed performance analysis

Sampling & Promotional Initiatives

  • Support product sampling programs, including calendar planning and execution

  • Assist in the creation of sampling briefs and materials

  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign rollout

  • Analyze results and provide recommendations for future initiatives

Product Portfolio Management

  • Maintain and update product portfolio assets across digital and print platforms (e.g., website, store locator, trade materials)

  • Organize and manage master product data, including categorization and updates

  • Oversee product image libraries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms

  • Manage cloud-based asset storage and ensure all teams are using current materials

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media coordination or digital marketing

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices

  • Ability to identify emerging digital trends and apply them proactively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
