Hiring Administrative Assistant [Full-Time]
POSITION SUMMARY: The Admissions Assistant will be responsible for creating client profiles, verifying insurance benefits, managing inboxes, and responding to all inquiries via email. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Admissions Assistant will report to the Admissions Director and will work collaboratively with other members of the admissions team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and manage client profiles in the admissions database
Verify insurance benefits for clients
Manage and organize the admissions team inbox
Respond to all inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
Provide general administrative support to the Admissions Director and team as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Quick learner and able to adapt to new software and processes quickly
Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
