Responsibilities
Patient Care
Take and record vital signs.
Assist with patient examinations and procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Provide patient education on managing endocrine disorders.
Administrative Duties
Verify insurance benefits and handle billing.
Maintain and update patient medical records.
Handle correspondence and manage office supplies.
Support Duties
Assist the endocrinologist during procedures.
Ensure the examination rooms are clean and well-stocked.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Multitasking and Fast-Paced Environment
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and patient needs.
Work efficiently under pressure to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Education, Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Basic knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology.
Proficiency with computers and medical software (eclinicals a plus).
Previous experience in a medical office is preferred.
