Responsibilities

  • Orders to be accurate and presentable, so we can meet our client’s high expectations

  • We are looking for an energetic and personable Office Admin & Customer Service who is accountable for

  • maintaining day to day customer relations and ensuring world class order fulfillment

  • The team member serves as a

  • resource to customers, management, warehouse employees, and outside sales staff

  • Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Service customers over the phone, in-person and via email, providing pricing and freight quotes

  • Take and process customer orders, provide delivery information, and follow up as required

  • Source and process special orders and direct shipments

  • Prepare quotes and follow up in a timely fashion

  • Process payment via cash, check, or credit card

  • Initiate deposits as needed

  • Work directly with the Branch Manager in assisting of daily tasks

  • (Billing, Answering Phones, Filing, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate customer contact records

  • Review work load and prioritize work to ensure delivery times, locations, and customer requirements are

  • consistently met

  • Participate in various departmental and interdepartmental meetings or training as required

  • Perform other duties as necessary

We are a privately-owned, distributor and wholesaler of construction products. The company is family owned and has organically grown over the last 45 years. Currently we have 15 distribution centers and will be focused on opening new locations annually! We are looking for an energetic and personable Office Admin & Customer Service who is accountable for
