Job Overview: The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides personal care, hands-on daily support, and companionship to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and routines in a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (or completion of an NJ state-approved HHA training program).
Background checks clearance.
Health assessments, physical examinations, and health screenings.
Identity, work authorization, and employment eligibility verification.
Completion of required agency training and orientation programs.

Essential Functions:
Provide personal care and hands-on daily support with personal hygiene, grooming, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assist clients with daily routines and home care tasks.
Offer companionship, empathy, and emotional support to clients.
Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients, families, and agency clinical supervisors.
Perform care duties in compliance with agency policies, training guidelines, and client care plans.
