Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Technician should have knowledge of EKG abnormalities and related pathological conditions

Strong attention to detail

Annual eligibility certification required

Excellent customer service skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, visitors and health care team members

Knowledge of patient rights, aseptic/sterile technique and infection control best practices
