Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist / Sprinter

Shift: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; requires driving prior to 7:00 AM to meet first appointments)

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job Overview: As a Sprinter, clinicians deliver high-quality preventative and diagnostic healthcare directly to patients in their homes. The role combines clinical expertise and independent field travel to conduct blood draws, vitals assessments, specimen collection, and support annual wellness visits while delivering a warm, professional patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including extensive experience with hard/challenging sticks.

• Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) (in-home care experience preferred).

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.

• Tech proficiency using Apple iPhones, iPads, EHRs, telehealth platforms, and navigation apps.

• Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.

• Physical capability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs, navigate home environments with stairs, and spend extended periods driving.

Scheduling Requirements Full-Time Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Ability to drive prior to 7:00 AM to arrive at the first scheduled patient appointment on time

Essential Functions:

• Travel independently to patient homes across the assigned service area to perform scheduled clinical visits.

• Perform blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and support Annual Wellness Visits.

• Maintain a comfortable, empathetic, and professional experience for diverse home environments.

• Accurately document patient visits and clinical data using Sprinter Apple technology platforms.

• Properly label, process, handle, and transport collected specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

• Manage time, route schedules, PPE, and clinical supplies independently throughout the workday.
